Booth Rental Information

• initial 3 month lease, month-to-month thereafter

• $1.60/sq ft up to $1.80/sq ft plus 10% commission

• no extra fees for credit card sales

• sales tax collected and paid by Vintage Treasures

• electric outlets available in many booths for $5/month

• web inquiry module available to track sales (optional)

• booth sizes range from 60 sq ft and up

• lighted glass showcases as well as other spots available

• deposit (1/2 rental amount) plus 1st month rent due upon move-in
